Owner / Senior Project Manager
A skilled craftsman, Brad is a proven business leader with more than 25 years of construction experience. He provides strategic direction, oversees planning, development, coordination, implementation and management of engineering and construction activities for Coastal.
Born and raised in Victoria, Brad apprenticed locally building homes and eventually started his own framing company. He worked as a residential framer before building custom homes.
Growing up Brad was involved with horses and the love of this sport continued, he began working on equestrian facilities more than 20 years ago. Brad loves dirt biking, and spends as much time as possible exploring the outdoors with partner Katie and their dogs.
Troy is a results-oriented, hands-on construction professional with 21 years of expertise in all facets of the industry. He has a track record of successful completions on multi-million dollar projects through coordinating trades, developing partnerships and building a positive rapport with engineers, architects, local officials, vendors and clients.
Troy is well-versed in contract negotiations, project estimating, document preparation and identifying impending design challenges.
Campbell brings to Coastal more than thirty-three years of hands-on experience.
He has specialized in custom homebuilding, complex renovations and project management with innovative design, craftsmanship and thoughtful attention to detail. His diverse experience has given him an in-depth knowledge of both the building industry and the construction process. Campbell offers a strong balance between new construction practices and time-honoured building traditions.
Campbell’s communication and critical thinking skills make him an effective Project Manager with the ability to see a project through. With his focus on client objectives and team collaboration, Campbell’s reputation has been built on customer satisfaction and appreciation.
Interior Designer / Project Assistant
Adriana is Coastal’s Interior Designer and Project Management Assistant. She is responsible for all aspects of design including space planning, millwork detailing, electrical layouts, interior finishes and fixture specifications.
A creative, critical thinker, Adriana is a technically experienced problem solver when it comes to assessing client needs and goals. Her skills in design, planning, project estimating, computer-aided design and project management are invaluable to Coastal and our clients.
A Registered Interior Designer with her NCIDQ certification, she is a Professional Member of the Interior Designers of Canada.
Office, Account Manager
Riki is Coastal’s office and accounting manager. Her diverse work experience with a variety of companies in Greater Victoria honed her accounting and organizational skills. Known as the glue that holds the office together, Riki oversees the day-to-day activities in the office including managing the company’s social media account and marketing.
Daryl is one of Coastal’s site foremans. He has more than 30 years of construction experience in both residential and commercial. His well-rounded career on Vancouver Island has included work on homes, commercial tenant improvements, schools, gas and radio stations. Daryl is valued at Coastal for his coordination skills and ability to run crews.
Originally from Sidney, Daryl was attracted to Coastal for the quality and style of the projects they work on and for the team effort that epitomizes their projects.
Site foreman Claude has been working in the construction industry in British Columbia for more than 34 years. He is an experienced tradesperson who learned on-the-job, first in Powell River, then in Vancouver and eventually found his way to Vancouver Island. His career has mainly included work in residential construction with a brief stint in commercial.
